Meet Sasha Lucas, our new Capitol District Apartments Leasing Consultant.

Sasha brings warmth, positivity, and luxury-level customer service everywhere she goes. With experience at The Arthur Luxury Apartments, Spring Acres, Woodridge and Muse Apartments — along with retail experience— Sasha has a knack for building rapport quickly, creating welcoming resident experiences and a reputation for making an impact.

Outside of work, Sasha is all about good vibes and comfort. If you’re looking for her perfect workday setup, it probably includes a Lipton Peach Iced Tea or Orange Mango Ice Sparkling Water, some music playing in the background, and plenty of positive energy.

Sasha has a serious sweet tooth.  Pink Starburst Gummies, Twix, and Ghirardelli caramel chocolate squares are always safe choices, and when it comes to the type of food that hits home -- seafood is at the top of the list — especially shrimp and crab legs.

Sasha describes herself as an early bird who likes to recharge on weekends with a massage and a smoothie, which, for her, is the perfect reset. She’s also a proud cat mom to Selena, her feisty tabby mix.   

One day, she hopes to make it to Phuket, Thailand for her dream vacation.
