Meet Cameron Leith, Our Portfolio Revenue Manager

Cameron joins Bluestone after an impressive run at Skillwork in Omaha, where he played a pivotal role in the company’s growth. During his time there, he helped drive more than $25 million in revenue and was personally responsible for nearly a quarter of the company’s lifetime production. Known as a “player-coach,” Cameron didn’t just lead teams—he built them, scaled them, and consistently pushed performance to new levels, leaving behind benchmarks that are still hard to match.

Before Skillwork, Cameron developed a strong financial foundation in commercial real estate at Bankers Trust. His experience there sharpened his understanding of portfolio performance, NOI, and the small details that make a big difference in our industry—insight that will serve him well in his new role at Bluestone.

At Bluestone, Cameron will focus on elevating how we think about revenue across the entire portfolio—refining pricing strategies, improving performance metrics, and strengthening execution at every level. His experience and results-driven mindset will help us sharpen our approach and continue raising the bar.

Outside of work, Cameron brings just as much personality as he does expertise. He’s a proud night owl who does his best thinking after hours, often fueled by a surprisingly strong appreciation for rye chips and what can only be described as a bottomless supply of mayo. When he’s not working, you’ll likely find him on the golf course or spending time with his family. Cameron and his wife, Molly, call Omaha home, and recently they welcomed their daughter, Ava. Their household is rounded out by Lucy, a Nova Scotia Duck Tolling Retriever who, by all accounts, runs the show.
